Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Simply return the unused portion and we will credit your account as soon as we receive it.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. Simply return the unused portion.

State tax is applied to an item if the product is shipped anywhere in California.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days. Mail can take 2 to 7 days depending on the destination.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Sometimes. Aerosol cans can only be shipped by UPS. The non-aerosol products can be shipped by Mail.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any aerosol cans.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. We warehouse all of our items, and your order is shipped directly from us. Standard UPS ground and postal service charges are all that is charged. UPS includes package insurance and excellent tracking software.

Who We Are

Our company was founded in 1970 and has been growing ever since. It began with a meager staff of two friends—Randy Conroy and Lincoln Goodwin. Randy and Lincoln established a new standard in the area for distinctive service with a guarantee that was previously unheard of. The business spread mainly through word of mouth, and as more satisfied customers shared their stories with others, additional branches were added throughout the area. Now, we have five locations and a staff of 65 to serve you.
